Poorly constructedJun 11, 2010 It wouldn't hold my iPhone 3G, which kept sliding off. The spring arm mechanism was broken within 10 minutes. The price was cheap enough, but as they say, you get what you pay for. It went in the trash the first day.

Problem with seller standing behind their product.Nov 11, 2009 The product was shipped to me in a plastic bag with a mailing label stuck to it. Upon opening the plastic bag, I found the item had been crushed and broken, aparently during shipping.
I contacted the seller the next day and was told to send the item back and they would ship me another one. The product was sent back to them, at my expense, one month ago today. I have yet to receive the replacement product.
does the job well for little moneyOct 15, 2009 This little gadget works great. I got two of them. We use them hooked into the vent. They hold the phones snugly and still allow you to easily remove and place the phone. I have the LG Incite and an LG EnV.
I tried using it with my Creative Zen X-fi. It holds it well enough but only vertically. It does not open wide enough to hold it horizontally. That was disappointing.
Broke After a Few WeeksSep 12, 2009 This thing worked fine for a couple of weeks and then the wheels came off. The grasping arms would not stay together and my phone kept falling out. Took it apart and found the teeth on the cog inside broke, so in the garbage it went. Would not recommend this to anyone!
