First, I purchased this item about 9 months, it lasted about 2 months and then it fell apart. The seller was happy to resend another. I was pleased that they did this. 5 months later, the fake leather around the hard plastic that surrounds the phone itself is coming off. Peeling off. No unreasonable wear n' tear either. It's just crap.

The case is not the slimiest case I've seen but it really does its job perfectly.
It fits snug to my Iphone and it is also relatively easy to take out if needed.
It makes one of the best solutions if used in conjunction with a screen protection film.

I have the original Case Mate leather case that I bought at the AT&T store. This is a copy and does not have the legitimate tm. That being said, it's not a bad case, but shouldn't be sold as Case Mate. That is fraud!!

Looks better with this leather case than the silicon covers, well made hard leather & fits very snug... Buttons are uncovered unlike other cases .... Only con is that this leather will get scratched & torn over time
