The case is strong but -- the "baby power fix" for the rainbow causes some problem seeing the screen in the sun. The main problem -->The case (which is not easy removed) prevents the phone from fitting into any other belt clip or pouch and the belt clip the comes with the case does not hold the phone and it falls out easy. I lost my phone in a HomeDepo because it fell off the belt clip and 2 other people in the store had lost there phones the same way. The AT&T sales person has the same case and her phone keeps falling off too. There should be some kind of class action suite about this problem.

This is a great case. This is the second one i have ordered (just like the yellow accent). Very rugged. You can rest easy handling your investment as long as it's in this thing. I have dropped mine onto asphalt too many times to count, and no problems with the phone at all. I must admit, when I first got the iphone into the case, I noticed that the screen protector adheres to the face of the iphone giving it an oily appearance. This is the most common complaint about this particular case, but I have found the fix for this. Baby powder. I know this sounds crazy, but it works flawlessly. There is a really good video on youtube on how to apply it. This completely fixes the problem. Because of this little fix, I now give this product 5 stars. Contrary to some reportings, this case IS NOT waterproof. However, It does a darn good job protecting it from splashes, light rain, dust, etc. If you are looking for extreme protection, look no further.

One of the best accessory purchases I've made for a cell phone, the Otterbox Defender case is a great way to protect an iPhone. Besides its double layer protection, the sure,non-slip feel you ave in the had adds added protection. My only complain is that the cases skin for the screen leaves baubles that are hard to get rid of by the conventional smoothing technique.

This case rocks! It's very durable my phone has taken a few tumbles since I got it but the case didn't budge. The outer rubber layer also let's you set it on the console in you car with no sliding around which is nice. Only bummer is I have an IGO charger in my car and the opening in the bottom of the case is not big enough so I have to take the cover completely off to charge in the car. The normal Apple home adapter fits fine though so no worries there.
