 Rechargeable batteries are awesomeSep 01, 2010
If I let the remote sit for months I will find a remote with a dead battery. If I charge it and play I will get a long game play time from it. The best thing to do is have an extra remote or charged battery so you can switch when the battery gets low. I had a set of regular batteries to use if I needed a charge. Used them while the battery charged and then swapped them back out. The backup set of batteries last a long time as they only get a few hours of play at most each time they are used. Glad I bought the rechargeable batteries. We play so infrequently some times. I found I found I had to put new regular batteries in even though they had limited game time. Now I just charge it.
 Battery does not work in induction chargerJul 16, 2010
Despite the fact that the package says that this battery is compatible in "all Nyko charge stations for Wii", it does not work in my induction charger. I was able to return it and was reimbursed for shipping, etc., but just wanted future buyers to know about this point.

I bought this battery kit so that I do not need to keep changing batteries. They work great. My only problem is that I do not have the option of choosing the color I want. My charger comes with a gray cover, and when I ordered this kit, they supplied me with another gray cover. Oh well...

I needed a rechargeable battery and cover for the Wii controller. I found it here at amazon for a cheap price and it also arrived quickly. If you need one of thes I would reccomend getting it here.
